Who’s behind Au cœur des vignes ?
It’s Élise Fleith, a young woman from Alsace and a true vine and wine professional, who is behind Au cœur des vignes company. Au cœur des vignes.
Since her childhood, Élise has acquired a wealth of knowledge in oenology, having grown up and worked in family of winegrowers for generations. With the Beblenheim vineyard as her playground, she naturally developed a passion for Alsace wines, vines and the splendid vineyard landscapes. But she didn't stop there and reinforced her skills with specialized studies. During her studies, the desire to share her knowledge and skills about Alsace vines and wines grew stronger and stronger. Au cœur des vignes was born.

Discovering the
Grand cru Sonnenglanz
After a short 10-minute walk through the vineyard, Élise will explain the principles of viticulture and Alsace wines with her expertise and extensive experience, before moving to a privileged location on the Grand Cru Sonnenglanz. Comfortably seated among the vines, we'll taste 3 Alsace Grand Cru Sonnenglanz wines from 3 different producers. To accompany the tasting, a platter of local cheeses and charcuterie will be served.

The secrets of
mulled wine
Make a traditional Alsatian mulled wine with « Au coeur des vignes » !
Your turn to play ! Cut your fruits, add the spices, heat and enjoy a glass with Bredalas (Alsatian Christmas cakes). Accompanied by an expert in wine tourism, you can't go wrong! At the end of the activity, you'll leave with a pot of mulled wine and a recipe card memo.
This activity takes place in the vineyards, in the warmth of a brazier! A 10-minute walk will take you to the vineyard site.
Also available in a spiced hot grape juice version, for children and alcohol-free fans.
