“Au cœur des vignes is my story, Elise Fleith, daughter of winegrowers for generations. I was born and have lived all my life in the wine-growing village of Beblenheim, on the famous Alsace wine route. The vineyard was my playground, and then it became my passion.
My knowledge of winegrowing and winemaking was acquired by working alongside my parents and grandparents from an early age. The desire to make vines and wine my profession also led me to study in this field. In 2017, I joined the Rouffach viticultural high school to obtain a BTSA Technico commercial in wines and spirits. I completed my training with a professional degree in wine marketing - with a specialization in wine tourism - at the IUVV in Dijon, working part-time for an Alsace winegrower.

The wine tourism I offer is above all an invitation to discovery and serenity. Independent and passionate, I devise unique, carefully thought-out activities to offer you a special experience that brings you closer to the roots of Alsatian wine-making.
In an exceptional setting, surrounded by vineyards and far from the crowds, you will enjoy a peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking views. Whatever the season or weather, nature always offers a fascinating spectacle.
Each experience allows you to discover a little more about Alsace wines and their producers. All are selected for the quality of their wines, their commitment and the sincerity of their work – artisans whom I know personally and with whom I have a relationship of trust.
These activities are accessible to everyone, whether you are new to wine or seeking a deeper understanding of terroirs and flavours.
In addition to French, my mother tongue, I also lead activities in English and German.
You can also bring your faithful four-legged companions along! An experience to be enjoyed in all simplicity, in tune with nature and sharing.
